Gabe’s lobster finger recipe: 1) Season your meat. 2)Dredge it in all purpose four or corn starch 3) dip it in buttermilk 4) roll it in plain Panko bread crumbs 5) fry it in peanut oil at 325 f 6) let it cool on a bed of paper towel and then drizzle with honey and lightly salt it. 7) be careful not to bite your fingers once you start eating!!! It’s Good!!!!!

Robert, just wanted to let you know my husband and I love your show. My husband has been watching your show religiously for about two years now since we started considering moving to Florida. Two years ago on Thanksgiving my husband suffered a widow Maker heart attack. Thankfully we made it to the hospital in time and they were able to put a stent in and he has made a full physical recovery. He struggles everyday with the psychological components of surviving a deadly heart attack. But Your family's show helps him relax and focus on the future and all the life he has to live. He really wants to get into fishing down there and we are finally going to get to move this year. We especially love watching your family because we recently welcomed our baby girl into the world this last December. You girls are so cute and I remember the days we would watch you show and wished so bad for our family. We spent four years trying to have our sweet girl.Anyway long story short... I just wanted you to know the role that you have played in our little life. Y'all have been an encouragement and brought joy to us through some tough times. When we get to Florida we hope to come to an event and meet you guys. We are definitely entering your contest for my husband to go fishing and hunting with you because that would just be too awesome. The part where you said tell us about our fishing and hunting buddies really got to my heart. My fishing buddy used to be my grandpa. But then he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I still have him and I’m glad I’ve had him for as long as I’ve had but he’s had surgery after surgery and we still manage to fish when we can. But his brother (my great uncle) is my fishing buddy now. We live in Ohio and I’m an hour south of the lake so I go out on Erie quite a bit in the summer and we go for walleye and yellow perch. I really appreciate your videos and they help me feel connected with my outdoorsy side. Thank you

Remember the past few videos I told you I been visiting Mississippi again and catching some HUGE 3+ pound Crappies...well FYI...I was visiting again this past couple weeks and caught some huge trophy size Crappie/Speckled Perch each day. I am getting 3 of them mounted (3.7lb, 3.4lb, and 3.1 lb). The CrappieMasters tournament just happened to be in town that weekend and was amazed when they saw how much I could get around in my kayak and do just as much as the BIG BOATS do. Quick tip for when you're doing something like the panko/buttermilk coat - There is a strategy called "Wet hand Dry hand" and its pretty self explanatory, but it saves you from having chunks of panko in your buttermilk or having messy hands. Little quality of life tip!

Hey Robert. At 9:50 your nose was running because of the sinus infection. Don't worry, it's nothing to worry about. It happens due to the pressure of the water, basically forcing the infection out of your nose. It may come out mixed with blood and even so, it's actually common. It can also treat your sinusitis.
