Might be the constant chain smoking . I feel hes running out of gas . Seen him last year and he apologized for getting short winded

@@ericwagner7243 He's ballooned up in weight, obviously eating bad things and not exercising, maybe on pills again? Smoking doesn't help but there's something else he needs to radically change. I wish I was his doctor, I could heal him.
