Today I’m not going to suggest another Giant as I’ve begun to fear that I am developing an unhealthy obsession. No today I’ve decided to suggest a Scottish monster. The Nuckelavee, it’s gruesome, ghoulish, bloody and grim. And I freaking love it😍.

Some of the few LotR concepts that have stuck with my imagination bank, as being viably flavorful enough, to stand the test of time are the ringwraiths. Not too corny or played out. Maybe, I'm expressing this incorrectly. The ringwraiths are catchy, yet not generic, not a fad.

So the wraith blade you stated up? Holy shit a Hexblade would love that sword. The blade could still be inhabited by the wraith's spirit and it lightly controls anyone who wields it making them in to a hex blade.

Wonderful work! If I had to suggest a creature, I’d say the False Hydra. One of the most mind-numbingly eerie beasts I’ve ever seen.

Oh, if he does this and uses a nontraditional bird for the roc base would be interesting. They're always depicted as eagles, falcons, hawks...birds of prey. So, I was going along with that concept of a hunting bird, and was hoping/thinking of/suggesting an additional idea, for a huge owl, seagull, raven or another bird.

Now I'm just thinking of scenario where the PC's find the risting place of a leagendary king/warrior only remembered in time and memorial as its great king they sing songs about. Plot twist they where insane and their servants/allies killed them and swears vengeance on all whom incur their ire.

I reckon the sword should have the target make a Wis save or a Con save maybe? And if they fail then they get some kind of soul curse? Dealing additional damage per round? Because the weapon has lashed their soul or essence etc... Maybe with a caveat that it can only work on creatures with some kind of soul or essence.

Heya Ethan! I am a critical role fan, but I've not actually heard too many episodes unfortunately. I have a really, really short attention span because of my ADHD and I can rarely sit still long enough to watch, but I'll make sure to check out the one you mentioned with the hag! I have sort of covered hags a bit in my Monster Monday on Baba Yaga, as Arlo commented below, but I do actually have a video on Hags coming out in the next few weeks (maybe even next week?
