Monster Moto Minibike Racing Upgrades! Stage 5 Predator 212 and 6" Stretch

In this video we do a complete overhaul on our Monster Moto Racing Minibike! To give the bike a longer wheelbase and more stability we cut off the existing rear axle mounts and relocated them to the back of the frame, adding about 6” to the wheelbase. We gave it a new coat of white paint and prepped the Stage 5 Predator 212 for it's new frame.

glad yall are back, use to binge all your vids when you just started! I just traded one of my go karts for that same minibike (it's by doodle bug but they're clones) and it's brand new! came with a 97cc which is fine for now still need to break it in but I'm planning to put a 5.5hp homda in it! thanks for inspiring me on everything! I have the same spider looking quad with an auto 125cc in it and a 2 seater manco with a 205cc electric start, gov removed etc glad yall went to C&C's! looked like a blast

How are you centering and making the rewelded plates vertical and square to the axle?

Multiple ways. One way is finding out exactly the distance between the stock mounts. Get a 13mm tube(cause the axle is 12mm) cut it to the size you measured. Put it together with the new mounts or original cut mounts. Line it up make sure level and height you want, and tac it. Than weld. I’m sure there is a better(easier) way but that’s how I did it and it came out good. Looks like they did the eyeball and hope method but proved to be effective lol

I used a 1/4 hardened steel plate and cute two mounts to the shape similar to scraping pavements build. I kept the original mounts on to keep the frame reinforced and bolted bmx pegs for wheelies and more comfortable tuck position 👌🏻🤣
