Here is story according to Big Head Lex: one day, a woman named Hannah gets raped and gives birth to a male child, she regrets having the child and the boy grows up never knowing what love is. when the boy becomes an adult, he still wonders what love is, so he rapes another woman, but then he slowly realizes that what he's doing isn't 'love', so he fills an entire bath tub with kerosene, a light fuel oil obtained by distilling petroleum, used especially in jet engines and domestic heaters and lamps and as a cleaning solvent, gets in it, and lights a match and kills himself. The male child is the narrator of the song.

It's a song about a man who was abused as a child and his mother (Hannah) was an alcoholic? Anyway, he grew up and raped a girl and then committed suicide. That's what I've heard. I'm pretty sure it's based off a book. You should really listen to the original, by Meg & Dia.
