For the alien thing make an interdimentional swarm of bugs that are attacking people.p.s. You can use the portal prop. Plot line: in the desperate struggle to fight off the monsters we made a portal to find are own monster to fight but us as never learn know they coming for all of us. Also if you create something like this put that message in a speech bubble in tiny town it could maybe be a scientist righting it in a journal or something.
