I built everything out step by step. The back wheels spin normally, the front wheels barely move at all, and the truck only ever moves backwards.

For some reason, when I steer, the front axle goes completely sideways. My stats for the motor were the same and it didn't look like it was motor 2.

It uses a motor 2. You need to connect the two fron wheels together.

The turning is bad so I suggest that you use a motor 2 to turn. Use these settings: Backward: A, Forward: D, Speed: 2, MaxTorque: 1000, MaxAngle: 30, and turn on servo.

so ez so my problem was the motors didnt move iinstead i added propelors in the back so it not turns!

You put the stiffness WAY too high for a realistic suspension, it isn’t bouncy because there’s not enough weight, it’s bouncy because you didn’t build a dampening system with it. Hint: use rope. Also the steering in this is really not ideal, the point of rotation is in the middle of the front wheels which means the wheels travel in an orbit around the centre instead of actually turning and steering properly.
