Just an idea…the tool you made to make the wheel round again…put a thick bar on the opposite side of the wheel rim and secure the hydraulic ram through the rim with a big ratchet strap so that it’s all in compression and can’t jump out and hit you 👍

That is what I did when Georgina was helping me. I used a ratchet strap and then went back through the mountain flange where the wheel nuts normally hold on to hold in the bottom part of the hydraulic RAM.

Would another curved plate both ends make the spread much smoother, instead of the point.

I thought this also,maybe the end with the point would be better with a similar curve to the other end but maybe half the width,that way only the bent side would move..great idea 👍

If you had the same thing on both ends, all you would do would distort the rim. You need to have a spreader plate on one end and I point load on the other end to flex the rim and over extend the metal because the metal always wants to spring back

So. Now that Georgina is getting license to drive a monster truck, you need to rebuild the other truck for her and call it SWAMP QUEEN. Maybe similar color palette and design but more her style.
