For adding Fire TV stick. Monster wasnt a TV model. so the volume didn't work. its asking for an IR profile number. what did you put in to work?

Do you know who makes tv? Im trying to use my firestick remote to control volume and monster is not on the list of tv manufacturers. Went throught all 6 of the manual steps when your brand is not listed. Any help would be appreciated thanks

I received one recently and when I turned it on I could see the choices commercial or home and Commercial was already chosen. I cannot change it. Will it make a difference in any way for home use...or what is the difference between the two? You seem more knowledgeable than my Sams club. They can't tell me..Hope to hear from you. Should I just return the unit I have? They say it wasn't a used one.

I Just got mine, I'm testing it out. I wanna see how long a full charge will give me playing audio and video. I'm a little over 2 hours and it's at 50 percent, so I don't think it's gonna get the 8 hours it estimates with video playback. Besides that, it's awesome. I just really hope it gives me at least a good 5 hours on a full charge.

Lol, they included the short usb A to micro usb that could be used for a firestick, but you crammed the regular length one in there anyway. Great video. Just giving you a hard time.

What is the Roku IR remote brand name to use for my Monster Vision 15.6 Portable TV? I love the TV but Roku doesn't have Monster TV on the list so you need to have two remotes. Maybe you can use another manufacture that will work but I haven't found one that will work.

According to Monster this is not supported. I suppose someone could go though all the TV choices and find one that works. I just dont have the time or inclination to do that.

Best regards. I tell you that I bought one of these a few days ago. Too bad that the television signal is not compatible with digital terrestrial television for Colombia. To solve this problem, I had to buy an stick antenna with HDMI output. Additionally, the sound does not come out in stereo, only in mono. Thanks por reading.

Can you tell me how do you know if it’s charging thank you.. I had it plugged in all night and the red light just keeps on blinking and it was still low battery charge..

If it's very old stock it could be that the battery has died and needs to be replaced or it could be the battery has become disconnected. The battery is replaceable. If it is a recent purchase , then see if you can exchange it. Also, make sure the plug is pushed in all the way on the back of the unit. Finally, make sure the unit is off when you are charging (red light blinking and led screen is blank).

I've read several reviews that say the speakers are not very loud in public situations like the beach or at a tailgate. Would you agree with this, and do you see any way it could be modded to allow a line-out or headphone port for running external speakers? Also, is there a way to protect the screen when transporting it? Maybe a removable cover or something?

I believe you can add speakers to the tv. There is an aux port. I have also heard of people using the Mr. Heater plastic case for protection.

I have taken this to the beach multiple times, and it's not extremely loud, but you can hear it about 15 feet away with a lot of noise and other people playing their own music on their own speakers.

Scan for channels at a higher elevation than you currently are. Put the antenna in or near a window to give it the best chance, if you are indoors. The antenna amplifier won't be very powerful being a battery powered device, so results may vary based on the strength of available signals in your area.

Not wireslessly. I have a USB-C to hdmi cord I use with my phone. $10 on Amazon. Works great. Other option would be using a chrome cast in the back and then you could stream your phone

I'm sure it uses a laptop display, but you'll have to open it up to see what kind, and figure out the compatibility.
