I've been a backer of Pantheon from the beginning and have followed M&M since Night Harbor was grayboxed. On December 17th I deleted Pantheon from my computer as I think it is so far from what was promised. The production of M&M has always seemed more considered and radiated that you actually know what you are doing. Opposite the Pantheon. My focus and hope is now 100% with M&M. Thank you for all the work you have put into giving us a place where we can get a break from reality.

We have been playing the same MMOs for so long. This is the only project I have ever seen that is scoped properly and isn't just a cash grab running on false promises of a game that will never be. I have never been so confident in an indie teams ability to produce an amazing, unique, heartfelt and characterful world. I can not wait to get all my friends in killing beetles. This was looking like everything I was looking for within a mmorpg until I read where it is more grouping/raiding focused. I know it read where you could solo, but that sounded more like an afterthought to placate. I miss the nostalgia of EQ too but what I don't miss in my older age is the sitting & waiting for a group. So I'll wait till it officially releases, listen & learn, then decide to purchase, subscribe, & play.

Looks like it has potential. Do we know what final art would look like for game world and character models? Animations look pretty damn good but the world and models are rough…

The environments are still using placeholder textures (and props in some places), but the modelling is what you should expect. We like our character models, so it may just be a taste thing.

The art style is cool, but the combat sucks balls and puts me off playing and it doesn't help combined with the lag. I would just take EQ pre Luclin and put Classic WoW's combat in it and that would be such an amazing MMO.
