The strength of this fragrance is in the dry down. Compliments galore at that stage. The opening is somewhat sweet metallic and harsh...but it mellows out and transitions into a clean scent with a candy type accord which women adore. I get beast mode performance with this fragance. Big bang for the buck.

Great review and my overall favorite reviewer. Blending comedy, real world testing and insight. I agree that MBI is just a good overall scent. For the price I would argue it is very good, bordering on great. Great date scent for guys under 30.

This really was an excellent review. The addition of humor was great and well done. I've seen attempts at humor with some other frag reviewers that comes across as juvenile, silly, and lame whereas you nailed it. I like that you tested it over a time period in various settings with a variety of women. I REALLY LIKE that you asked the women what their favorite male scents were. That is valuable info. Keep up the good work!

I just purchased a bottle for $20 at TJ Max. It’s fruity, spicy and pretty good. As he said, nothing special, but certainly a great all around use fragrance. I also agree that it would not be my choice to wear in very warm weather. Scent. 7.5 Projection. 8 Longevity. 8 Value. 8

Individual can be layered with a variety of other fragrances with great success - for example a sandalwood, vetiver, leathery perfume. Or try a classic barbershop 'niche' fragrance like G F Trumper's Sandalwood. A dash of this and layered with Individual and you have scent in the top 10 - however it only lasts 4 hours 👍🏼😎 Love your channel, sir - Great Review and Cheers from Denmark👍🏼😎🇩🇰

Great review! You should make Marilyn from the store a frequent guest. She seemed to know fragrances pretty well. I often wonder what kind of reactions counter people get from different fragrances. It's tough to gauge their honesty when they are trying to sell you a bottle.

Mont Blanc in visual changes quite a lot from the first opening to Dry down which takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Not sure why reviewers always spray, and then ask a person's opinion when the scent that people always smell is the Dry down. As far as people smelling sit-upon prefer spray, I find asking a person's opinion based on that irrelevant

This is why you need to spray fragrances on your own skin before buying. I heard loads of great reviews of this fragrance and blind bought it. When I got it I sprayed it in a strip and I loved it. Howverr when I at a later date sprayed it on myself I was sure it must of gone off. I googled how fragrances can go off and there didn't seem anyway it possibly could have. On my skin it smells like some kind of cleaning product. I also get the same effect with some others. All the ones which don't smell good in me but do in a strip always are the cheaper fragrances. I don't know if it has anything to do with the quality of ingredients but cheap smelling fragrances which smell great and people love turn out to smell horrible on me.

Hi. Actually I think it is fine in summer. Personally when it is really hot in the daytime I prefer citrus/soapy fragrances but that is just my taste. This one is fresh enough that I think it would be good on a hot summers day! Sorry for any confusion.

This is not an AMAZING fragrance! 15 min of unbelievable fresh smell(that’s why ladies love it) then wait for the dry down THATS THE BEST as an alpha male, if you are an Aqua de Giorgio kinda of guy this is not for you. More in the sweet side. Bottom of line this is a try first fragrance NOT A BLIND ONE 6/10 for me! Don’t waste your money. Your welcome 🙏 Good luck!

Yes correct it is not recommended to rub. On this occassion I was attempting to share one spray between 2 wrists by dabbing. I shouldn't have rubbed.
