I’ve always liked Individuel, but still prefer Presence over it, which has a nice cinnamon, ginger, apple, heliotrope thing going on. Another good cheapie from Montblanc.

I think my olfactory system is changing. When I first smell mb individuel it smelled amazing. 1 year later and it smells like toilet bowl bar you put in the toilet. But I'm just talking about when I smell the sprayer, it didn't go bad. I think there's some type of thing where the more fragrances you smell the more your olfactory system can change or alter maybe. It's an awesome fragrance, no regrets I've been complimented wearing it.

I like this DNA a lot. I prefer Original Santal because it’s waaaay less synthetic. They smell the same on paper but they don’t wear the same. Individuel over a long period of time gets tiring/headache inducing to me. Santal doesn’t do that and it smells more refined. Only worth getting Santal if you really like the DNA though.

People's opinion of fragrances are subjective, but I have to disagree with this being well suited for very young to juvenil men. This is definately somewhat of a classic plus it has those "powdery nuances" mentioned here. To me that combo speaks to the 25 to 50 year old gents, but again.. Subjective. Good in depth review tho. Is there a cleaning regimen that you have to get that above average longevity out of a fragrance or is it the fragrance itself? The only time I get that kind of performance is when I use Oils.

The atomizer is shit. I think it is just "okay". It is a good starter fragrance, but once I got into more fragrances, this one just comes across as more and more "Meh" to me. It has given me compliments before, even if I don't really think it is anything special. I've been wearing it a lot lately, because I am about 3/4 done with the bottle and I figure I'd finish it...but I wouldn't buy this again.

When they discontinue a batch, it doesn't mean the fragrance is out of stock, but the price will jump due to supply and demand which means it will eventually sell out.
