Rob I like seeing the time off the bike talking and the fact you didn't edit out the crash, I probably learnt more watching that than a lot of slick over produced stuff. Although I broke my wrist coming off my road bike and only had to carry on a short distance, it hurt like hell. Can't believe you carried on riding!
