@@labcabincaliforniasblacksunday it is really bad, thank you for acknowledging. We are 60 miles south of the Canadian border, it is said that half of law enforcement here in Flathead Valley are corrupt in human trafficking, drugs, etc. ALL of it is kept out of the public eye, until you are met with one of their minions, then watch out, regular law abiding citizens are taken for a ride, it's gross.

Depends on the evidence. It's not what you know but what you can prove. I didn't see a firearm in any videos so he could have just denied it was him shooting. And if the arguments were mutual with both threatening each other I doubt that would be prosecuted. Remember, if a cop or Sheriff won't press charges you can always go to the court and file them yourself but the standard for conviction will still apply. As for him not talking, that's his right to have an attorney present or say nothing at all. However I want to know who the friend was. Chances if Conviction raise by 96% if both parties can be identified. One almost always flips on the other when the evidence starts to mount up.

Just seeing this. Mike's beloved dogs were running loose when we got there, July 4th 2011. One of them made the most pitiful keening sound I have ever heard come from an animal. That dog was heartbroken and knew what had happened. My Mom gave permission to the Dumb Friend's League to put them down humanely (tranq darts) they were then cremated, and then several years later two of the detectives on the case spread their ashes on Mike's land. This really touched me. He loved his babies

"I have had a cold case unit working on this for quite some time and it's taken a long time to track down witnesses, either bring in or eliminate suspects and go through physical evidence, circumstantial evidence, and finally arrive with a charge," Lewis and Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton told the Independent Record newspaper on Wednesday. "It has been a long, arduous process." The question is, why did you let it go cold in the first place? Every bit of evidence, as well as the leads you pursued were available as far back as when Mike’s remains were initially discovered.

This kind of thing is my biggest worry. I'm a very introverted, keep-to-myself kind of person, and I like it that way. I have a neighbor now who's a little too pushy and friendly for my liking. Once her husband and some other men in the neighborhood were helping my husband with a bunch of yardwork (which was fine, we asked) but then I get a text from her saying, "hey I'm out front trimming your bushes, come tell me how short you want them." Like excuse me????? I didn't ask you to do that, at all. She constantly shoves her way into the other neighbors' lives like that under the ruse of being "helpful." I can't stand people like that. I finally had to have a huge talk with her about boundaries. Needless to say, she wasn't happy and got very offended.
