Don, finally found your videos and audios and I remember you so often riding and announcing ... you make men like me smile as I look back at your career but your interest in flying is what you and I really have in common... my first lesson was October 27, 1974... almost 46 years, 5 type ratings and 23,000 hrs later... I, like you still enjoy flying and I still love watching these guys and gals riding in the rodeos... a wonderful time ... I would have loved to have traded flying story’s ... I think we would have been good friends... I just turned 64.retire in 11 months. Wishing you and your family all the best!

Agreed. Nothing against Butch Kirby, but Donny should've been the champ in 1978 as well

Donald Gay I just want to say thank you, because I was watching some rerun bull riding events and finally it looks good, they see it from in the shoot, then you open it up and right out the gate and they make some good rides, and with your help talking to them all wanting them all to ride and they do good. Even the little number on a good bull. PRCA explains it better with Donald Gay, the PBR with Craig Hummer I’m not real sure I’ll let you make that call about him and what they do. Anyways sorry about your last name does not mean you are. Thank you for what you do. Because I keep watching old events on the one channel. And prca makes it look better. Good job. Back then only if they could do it today I would love to help

I agree with him about texting and driving. At least a drunk is looking where he is going and trying to drive. No one can tell Donnie Gay a thing about bull riding that he doesn’t already know. He has always had a good head on his shoulders except the years he smoked cigarettes and that wasn’t too smart but that was because he had bad role models probably. When Donnie left the PBR they lost a good commentator. I quit watching the PBR too.

He mentioned getting run over by the pbr bus he left out the part they backed up and burned out on him he got screwed and so did a bunch of other guys if you do a documentary on bull riding and u don’t mention Donnie or tuff u ain’t threw period
@oldermusiclover4 жыл бұрын
can I ask what happened
@Paul11B2P3 жыл бұрын
Yes, does anybody know what happened? I know Tuff left the PBR under some sort of disagreement and started the CBR which is no longer around. What happened with Donnie and the PBR?
