Montane Summer Spine Races 2023 | Episode One

Welcome to the first episode of the Montane Summer Spine Race 2023 The first day sees the start of the 108 mile Challenger South and the 46 mile Sprint race from Edale. Both races take on the southern section of the Pennine Way and present significant battles to those brave enough to put themselves on the start line.
We get to hear about the motivations and reasons why our runners put themselves through this test of physical and mental fortitude in only a way that Britain's Most Brutal Race can. This year, the stage is set for some more course records to be broken.
