Siamo nella bellissima località di Cornino presso Custonaci in provincia di Trapani. Qui è possibile ammirare una vera oasi naturale che abbraccia il tratto costiero occidentale della Sicilia Occidentale.
Scorge un'antica torre difensiva risalente al 1595 per volere delle dominazioni spagnole a difesa del territorio. Da qui prende il nome la famosa "Torre San Giovanni".

We are in the beautiful locality of Cornino near Custonaci in the province of Trapani. Here you can admire a true natural oasis that embraces the western coastal stretch of Western Sicily.
It glimpses an ancient defensive tower dating back to 1595 at the behest of Spanish rule to defend the territory. This is where the famous "Torre San Giovanni" gets its name.
