Monte Rosa, Dufourspitze 4634m Top of Swiss

The video shows the climb to the top of Monte Rosa, Swiss.
We startet at Rifugio Mantova and choosed the normal route across the italian ridge including the summit of Zumsteinspitze.
After breaking our attempts off in 2016 and 2017 we finally arrived at the summit in 2018 in perfect snow and weather conditions.
The way from Rifugio Mantova to the summit is pretty far so you need a quite good acclimatisation and preparation. It took us about 14 hours from starting at Mantova and coming back to Mantova.

We are no proffessionals or guides. The way we safe ourselves in the video feels comfortable for us. In the mountains everyone should have a look to find his own way to feel safe and comfortable.
Our video shouldn't be an example for non experienced climbers. Climbing is dangerous and everyone should be able to take responsibility for himself.

Insane, i was scared for you! I don't live far from there about 50 km in a straight line. Love that mountain but I have equilibrium problem so i don't trust myself. But I think I will take at least Capanna Margherita One day

Also man muss klar sagen das der eigentliche Berg K2 oder Himmellaija oder der Mondevers ist nicht viel größer ist als die Düfurspitze in der Schweiz, weil die Düfurspitze fängt viel weiter unten An um die 1'500 m fängt der Berg An, die 8000er fangen aber alle um die 5000 m An also der eigentliche Berg selber ist nicht viel größer als die Düfurspitze mit 4'632 m.

Ihr Deutschen hier in der Schweiz kann man von Bergsteigen Reden, was man bei euch in Deutschland Ja nicht sagen kann nicht mal ein 3000er haben kann man da noch nicht richtig von einem Berg reden.
