Should have just kept Ham. Monty got fired by Phoenix for losing to Denver in Semi WCF. Ham gets fired for losing to Denver in WCF. If Lakers hire Monty and he loses he will just get fired again for losing to Denver. Monty is living proof good players make good coaches not the other way around. In Detroit he lost 24 straight.

@@maxsmart8954 i still would prefer Monty over Budenholzer and Atkinson. And especially JJ Reddick. If the Lakers were to hire another coach with no head coaching experience i would ride with Sam Cassell. Hopefully they don’t go down that path again. I’m just hoping that whoever they hire they get it right this time!

@@bigtimelakersfan5836 unfortunately if they get a decent 3 (replace Dlo) a center, get rid of the injury crew, and get some decent role players, it’s not going to matter who coaches.
