Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

Recipe for Monterey Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti noodles
4 cups cooked chicken cubed
16 ounces sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
2 garlic cloves minced
6 ounces of French fried onions
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles as directed on package, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, spinach, garlic, 1 cup of Monterey jack cheese, and 1/2 of the can of French fried onions.
Stir in the cooked spaghetti.
Pour mixture into either a 9X13 inch pan or 2 9X9 inch pans.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and the rest of the French fried onions. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
