Which part of sustainable are u referring to? The heavily manicured landscape that cost a tonne to maintain?

There's a lot of glass and front portion doesn't look like it's insulated (?) at the top, so, plenty of power will be needed to cool each house. ;(

@@malaysiapropertyhouse_com347 Haha. Yes. If there are any houses linked or detached that are 95%+ SOUND PROOF, I will certainly be very interested. Sound proof = cannot hear your neighbours banging doors or knocking on their walls or dragging their furniture, cannot hear people blasting music especially with heavy bass, can hear only a tiny sound from dogs barking, etc. As an indicator, all properties (in my non-expert guess) are only about 25-30% sound proof, i.e way too much noise gets in.

I'm living there now... the "eco" thing has flaws... as usual in Malaysia. We can't even access the river/pond just next to it - looks good in video right? but that's it. It's not interconnected? It misses gates to go out with your baby buggy, bike or simply by foot. They don't know how to make gates - may not invented here, there is only one stupid main entrance gate with too many "hi" security you don't need. Privacy is not given - everywhere cameras, but they can't use them to slow down cars (with penalties)! It is so eco, everyone has big cars in front of the house and usually going faster as they should. Haven for car owners wannabes who can't afford a garage and try to be fresh eco. The streets are bad designed, even outside of the area. I like living here, as its probably one of the better developments around KL, but it's way far from perfect. I like that I kinda can go shopping with the bike - but as usual, it's so flawed - city planners who never walk or ride a bike shouldn't plan suburban street designs - it shows the lack of understanding.

Ini namanya landed strata, bkn konsep kosong2 ja berbayar yg x tahan tu...yg kesiannya org2 yg beli rumah ni la x psal2 kne byar mntenance tggi bln2 mcm rumah apatmen, yg geramnya lg mhal drpd kondo! Dahla xde halaman rumah sndiri, anak2 lari kluar rumah x berpagar ke jln..kesian btol sape yg tertipu beli skim camni, yg pasti dveloper n majlis bndaran lps tgn trus x perlu fkir dah ttg kwsn prumahn ni slps siap, dgn jln akses smua x serah kpd mjlis, nk tmpal jln pon guna duit sndiri...rsa2 cukai pintu n tanah yg stiap thn byar tu bbaloi tak? Mentang2 la dveloper besar, bleh plk kpkt lps tgn bnarkn diorg aniaya rkyat scara x sedar camni...
