Montering koppling Philips mixer HR2094

Så monterar du kopplingen på motoraxeln på en Philips HR2094 mixer.

If your Mixer starts to smell like burned plastic: add two washers on the rubber damper (black parts on the grey metal at 03:23) As the coupling gets tighter, it screws itself way to deep on the drive shaft. Thus, the the coupling starts to rub on the housing. With the washer, you move the motor block a little up.

Können Sie bestätigen, welche Schraubendrehergröße das ist? Ich habe eine hr2096 und die Schrauben sind Torx, aber ich kenne die Größe nicht.

@@josephzekhnini5621 I opened mine with a flathead in the head. DOnt remember the size though. Just have to exeriment. 2 or 3 mm I think

@@dalenewton9697 They are in sooo damn deep its hard to find such screwdrivers both as long and as fine. Watch-repair screwdrivers just cant reach it

As I am sipping my first smoothie in a while heres how i managed to change this damn piece of plastic; Bought a replacement at eSpares, it was expensive and it took a while to arrive. Opened up the blender and as Niclas has noted the old one is very difficult to get off, i managed with a cheap dremel copy and 2 hours of manual labour. Now once you actually get the plastic part off theres a bolt you need to get off the spinning part, hold the whole motor in the bolt part and skrew at the bottom (remember to put on the plastic houseing over the motor before mounting the new plastic part). 3hours after, was it worth it ? njaaaa, the blender was obviously not meant to be disassembled but it wasn't too bad, it was worth it for the experience of manual labour, Best of luck !

I have the same issue. What is a dremel copy? I cant figure out how to take off plastic piece. How much was replacement? Thank you

Hej Villdemar! Kan du sige mig hvordan man får den kobling af, som man skal udsmide i første omgang? Jeg kan ikke lykkes med at få den af med skruetrækkeren uanset hvordan jeg slider :) Andres råd modtages gerne Mvh. Niclas
