I can totally relate to not wanting to have a hundred stuffed animals that my kid doesn’t really care about 😫 Ashlynn, do you feel that the minikane doll you got for your son’s birthday was worth it? I’m thinking about getting one for my daughter but am unsure of the value of having it be anatomically correct - I would appreciate your opinion :) You have a beautiful home ❤️

So I make sure to buy all toys even though my son usually gravitates towards stereotypical "boy" toys. That being said, his dolls don't get tons of play. I'm still happy we went with this one because when he does play he usually changes the diaper or talks about the body, making the anatomical nature of it very important in my opinion! If your daughter likes playing with dolls then it is for sure worth it!

How do you keep him from putting things in his mouth that he oughtn't? My toddler puts everything in his mouth, then will run around 😩

This has honestly never been an issue here so I don't have great advice. We haven't had to worry about small parts since babyhood but I think it's just personality based!
