In My case i will record in vmix some podcasts in my garage studio. But my system, my control room is in my bedroom. That´s why i´m thinking to use the line in fo the ptz. What i think works for me it´s, to record there in the studio direct in my zoom H8, and from the zoom get the lineout direct to line in in ptz. So i can get the audio recording from the zoom and the audio from vmix pgm then i sinc it. Sorry for my bad english.

We just have 1 camera hooked through Ethernet but we can’t get sound so what do we need to get sound to Facebook live we just have a ptz camera and a Mac desktop and our sound board are we going to have to something to go in the line in to get the sound out to Facebook live

Just connect your sound board to your computer. Your camera will just focus on video and your sound board will focus just on sound. I would suggest troubleshooting your connection between your sound board and computer if you're not receiving audio. Without seeing your setup, its difficult to identify why audio is not going to your computer and out to Facebook.

Real quick. How do you deal with the delay issues between NDI cameras and your audio? I feel like NDI cameras going through the ethernet always are about 1 second behind if not even a little bit more. Seems when you plug into the back of the camera it syncs it up much better. I'd rather do it the practical way if you can help me out.
