You taught me something. I didn't know about the flood. EVERYTHING in that mall was originally Montgomery/Kone except the garages. Otis redid alot of them but I always thought it was because they ran so awful. When was the flood?

Dana Danarosana I actually found out about a flood from the comments in ***** 's video of this. I don't know much about the flood at all except that it happened, apparently, and these elevators had to be modernized. So I guess my sources aren't very accurate, but it seems like a plausible reason for the modernization. These also used to have a weird numbering system, with floors 0,1,2 instead of 1,2,3. My video shows them with the fixed numbering, which makes more sense, but older videos from other users show the odd numbering that these used to have right after the mod. Very interesting to hear that all the elevators used to be Montgomery/Kone at MOA. The glass elevators in the mall seem so 'Otis-y' that I would have never thought they were installed by another company.

To me, this just looks like KONE. I can tell by the fixtures, how the fan sounds and the up/down indicator.

+William Kim Could be. I know these were originally Montgomery but they were modernized, and it could have been KONE that did it. I'm not sure.
