Was the elevator equipments (hydraulics, controller, etc.) modernized? Also, was the hall station original or modernized? In addition, the voice announcement is more clear than elevators with the older voice announcement.

Are you sure KONE modernized the elevator? Or was the elevator modernized by a different manufacturer (e.g. RICHMOND ELEVATOR)? Or was the elevator did not go for modernization but just replaced a few components?
