MONTH 3 & 4 W/ BRACES (Progress, honest chat, and ortho appointment)

Glad yalls braces journey is going well! Mine has been too! This Friday will be 5 months with braces and so much change has happened in just this small amount of time. Very single tooth has a bracket on it and is engaged! My top teeth are getting so straight it’s insane! One my bottom row, I have one Lone Ranger but it’s slowly but surely joining with its friends in the front!my bite has changed too! I’m so impressed so far! I have my next appointment in 2 weeks!

We are basically on the same timeline haha! May 7th will be our 5 month mark. You'll definitely have to share some before and after pics when your treatment is up!

Amazing journey you guys are on! Going with the real deal (metal V.S. Invisalign) is the way to go! Putting on color will make you so much more attractive and charming especially the midline elastic!

I appreciate you! I definitely like the clear (when they are fresh). Thankfully my midline is fixed and we only have to wear the other bands at night!

This is so helpful, im just trying to decide between ceramic and metal, would you have any advice with the ceramics? Xx

I LOVE THE CERAMIC! Highly recommend. I have metal on bottom, only because our ortho wouldn’t do both ceramic. Only thing about them that I don’t like, isn’t the ceramic brackets themselves, but the clear bands stain super easily. Thankfully, we live close by our ortho and get ours changed regularly so it’s not a big deal. Can always get colored bands instead! But, I love the sleek low profile look. Hope this helps!
