Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Christ, hear us. Christ, hear us. Christ, graciously hear us. Christ, graciously hear us. God the Father of Heaven, have mercy on us. God the Son, Redeemer of the world, have mercy on us. God, the Holy Spirit, have mercy on us. Holy Trinity, One God, have mercy on us. Blood of Christ, only-begotten Son of the eternal Father, save us. Blood of Christ, Incarnate Word or God, save us. Blood of Christ, of the New and Eternal Testament, save us. Blood of Christ, falling upon the earth in Agony, save us. Blood of Christ, shed profusely in the Scourging, save us. Blood of Christ, flowing forth in the Crowning with Thorns, save us. Blood of Christ, poured out on the Cross, save us. Blood of Christ, price of our salvation, save us. Blood of Christ, without which there is no forgiveness, save us. Blood of Christ, Eucharistic drink and refreshment of souls, save us. Blood of Christ, stream of mercy, save us. Blood of Christ, victor over demons, save us. Blood of Christ, courage of Martyrs, save us. Blood of Christ, strength of Confessors, save us. Blood of Christ, bringing forth Virgins, save us. Blood of Christ, help of those in peril, save us. Blood of Christ, relief of the burdened, save us. Blood of Christ, solace in sorrow, save us. Blood of Christ, hope of the penitent, save us. Blood of Christ, consolation of the dying, save us. Blood of Christ, peace and tenderness of hearts, save us. Blood of Christ, pledge of eternal life, save us. Blood of Christ, freeing souls from purgatory, save us. Blood of Christ, most worthy of all glory and honor, save us. Lamb of God, who taketh away the sins of the world, spare us, O Lord. Lamb of God, who taketh away the sins of the world, graciously hear us, O Lord. Lamb of God, who taketh away the sins of the world, have mercy on us, O Lord. V. Thou hast redeemed us, O Lord, in Thy Blood. R. And made us, for our God, a kingdom. Almighty and eternal God, Thou hast appointed Thine only-begotten Son the Redeemer of the world and willed to be appeased by his blood. Grant, we beg of Thee, that we may worthily adore this price of our salvation and through its power be safeguarded from the evils of the present life so that we may rejoice in its fruits forever in heaven. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen. This Litany in honor of Jesus in His Most Precious Blood was drawn up by the Sacred Congregation of Rites and promulgated by Pope John XXIII on February 24, 1960. The devotion to Jesus in His most Precious Blood was first popularized by Saint Gaspar del Bufalo (1786-1837, feast Dec. 28) who founded the Missioners of the Most Precious Blood. A partial Indulgence is granted to the faithful who recite this litany

Falan Dafa Hao Today July 1st is the Feast Day of the Precious Blood. Post Vatican 2, they removed it. Stay with TLM and 1962 missal; still there.

Nice homily but some of the things said are problematic. Such as sin existed before the seven day and God said everything was very good. Another conflict that God could not rest until he had someone to save. Did God want and intend for man to fail before he made him?

If one does due diligence on Sr. Faustina, one is bound to have grave doubts about the revelations. That is exactly why the pre-Vatican II Church condemned it. I at one time practiced the devotion daily but since researching it and seeing why it was doubted, I no longer do. I believe now it is just part of the diabolical disorientation of our times.

Steven Mccallan what's diabolical about the words of the Divine Mercy prayer? The 2nd part of the Angel of Fatima prayer has very similar language.

MyCatholicSource.com this is the most objective site on the web. quit trying to defend something without getting both sides of the issue! if you refuse to see the evidence then there is nothing i can do but pray for you. i used to pray the divine mercy chaplet until i put aside my biases and looked at the evidence objectively and stopped reading material that supported that bias.

Bucky...thanks for sharing the link....this article is a great reads for everyone as we are all sinners....to me it's like the Prodigal Son...Loving Father always shows his infinite mercies first and upon receiving, we sinners realize how much we offend God and so reparation follows...Sweet Heart of Mama Mary be our salvation.God bless!

I'll give just one more of dozens upon dozens of examples.Her diary makes the novel claim that the greater the sinner,the greater right he has to God's mercy (diary par.598,423,723,1146 and 793) since when,do we have a RIGHT to a gift? and why does scripture not speak of the sinners "right" to mercy? (as if there was such a thing!),but rather speaks of punishment for sin? Heb.10:26-31 and Rom 13:4 clearly,the greater the sinner, the greater right he has to judgment, NOT to mercy.he has a greater need of mercy,NOT a greater right to mercy.

I can't believe that Father would even mention the divine mercy prayer and sister faustina. this devotion was condemned by the Church until the modernist reintroduced it after Vatican 2. read her diary, some of the things she says borders on heresy and blasphemy!

I don't personally fault Father,he and the Missionary's of St.John the Baptist are good Holy Traditional Priests. it just shows how even Traditional Priests can be unaware of such things. an example is Ignatius Press. they have some good Catholic books but they also offer books by Hans Urs Von Balthazar and Henri De lubac both Heretics! its sad,people just don't do their research into these things. VIVA CRISTO RAY!

In a plenary meeting held on November 19,1958, made the following decisions:The supernatural nature of the revelations made to Sister Faustina is not evident, no feast of divine mercy is to be instituted. it is forbidden to divulge images and writings that propagate this devotion under the form received by Sister Faustina. the second decree of the Holy Office March 6,1959 stated the following and i quote:"the diffusion of images and writings promoting the devotion to the divine mercy under the form proposed by the same sister faustina was forbidden.The prudence of the Bishops is to judge as to the removal of the aforesaid images that are already displayed for public honor.

it was banned because of an erroneous translation of polish, when it was corrected they understood it that it was theologically correct
@biggatorcaesar7 жыл бұрын
It was promoted by JPll. that should say it all. i am not saying she(sister faustina) was evil,all i'm saying is there are so many contradictions and heterodox things in her diary.
@bonm18577 жыл бұрын

Jesus Mary and Saint Joseph be with me. But please no more sacrificing innocent animals. I know or at least I hope this is not done now as it seems a very un Catholic thing to do.
