I’m glad you’re loving the Zero pitcher! I’m the one who suggested it on your previous post a month or so ago and I’m glad you are loving it too!❤ I drink so much more water since discovering it a few years ago and at this point I can’t hardly drink any other water because it always tastes funky. 😂 We all struggle with staying on tack with our fitness goals we set for ourselves. Hey wax bestie! I'm glad you found the update fun! I am so much happier now that I found peace with everything and I'm doing what feels good without the guilt of not trying to be everything for everyone. Hey Martha! I agree, it’s not hard once you get in the groove of not buying, I muted a lot of the Facebook groups with the exception of a few. I had no idea Swanky was having a preorder 😅 Awww thank you. I’m so glad I inspired you 😊 Eating out makes it tough but I know as you keep trying you’ll get to where you want to be! I also don’t go to a restaurant and order a salad. There’s way too many other great things on the menu for that 😅

Wow, great numbers and you’re going in the right direction. This made me smile, you don’t look stressed out and are really enjoying your wax….that’s what it’s all about! I’ve was hardly home during the month of October, but no worries my wax was still here when I got home to enjoy!!! 😊 I love my Zero water pitcher too! The only body cream I use and it’s “clean beauty” is Beekman 1802 Whipped Body Cream. It’s made with goat milk and it’s very hydrating. Goat milk has the same pH as our skin! This is my all-time favorite daily item I use!!!

Thank you for sharing this. I think I had heard about Beekman years ago and I could not remember the name. Of course I went on the site and looked! I am writing this down so I can order from them in the future when I use up a few other body creams that I have. I've been using goat milk soaps and I love them. I'm so excited for Beekman's body cream....something to look forward to!

Oh good. I never know if people are going to watch the non wax stuff but I think there are enough of us perfume lovers out there. I was hooked on Dossier and had to stop from buying or else I'd end up with all the scents.😂

When I used to go into the office I was on the 8th floor and I’m lift phobic so had no choice but to use the stairs, I think it was about 124 up there but it did get easier the more I did it so you can def do more 💪🏻 ❤

8 flights of stairs! Wow that in great. Now every day I go in the office I do try to at least take the stairs for a few flights and will continue to build upon it. Thanks for the encouragement

I’ve been on a health journey too- lost 35lbs. Wasn’t really trying to lose weight- just wanted to get healthier because menopause was kicking my butt. Protein coffee is a game changer for me when i know I’m going to be going out to eat. You have me wanting to do a video on it now but I haven’t done a video in so long. My Christmas wax collection is arriving today- maybe I will review that and do a life update. I also got Invisaline so that also deters me from eating so it’s a few things that have changed 😂

It sounds like you've got a great system going on, great job! Menopause is a real thing. I always equated it to hot flashes but it is so much more than that. I climbed 3 floors today at one time today. I had to stop a few times but if I keep it up I know it will get easier and easier. Yay for Christmas wax! I can't wait to get into bed each night! I know there pricey but I'm very happy with them and looking forward to saving up for another set. I don't know if it's the weather is getting cooler or what but I have been sleeping like a baby since I got them.
