Welcome to this mindfulness practice as we transition from summer to autumn. This change of seasons is a beautiful reminder of the cycles of nature and the impermanence of all things. As the days grow shorter and the leaves begin to fall, it's an opportunity to turn inward and cultivate a sense of presence and awareness.
Today, we'll guide you through a body scan practice. This is a gentle way to reconnect with your body and mind, noticing any sensations or areas of tension. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and allow yourself to fully relax. We'll slowly move our attention from the soles of our feet to the top of our heads, embracing whatever arises with kindness and curiosity.
Just as the trees let go of their leaves, allow yourself to release any stress or tension, making space for rest and renewal in this new season.
