I am a fairly new member, and am really enjoying your builds, being both a 917 and Lanc devotee. A couple of comments I hope you will find useful: Kermit has the entire Lanc at his Orlampa field, with both the original nose and the postwar SAR radar version. Having stood under the 1/1 scale a/c many times, the entire bomb bay was filled with a giant black rubber bladder for the extended range needed for searches and photo mapping flights of Canadas' north. The SAR band was EXACTLY Humbrol orange and roundel blue, while the spinners, etc, were Arctic Red, and the lower portions of the fuselage, etc the equivalent of light a/c grey. I still can hear the unmatched sound of four Merlins snapping and popping their way down final after a 14 hour mapping mission at RCAF Winnipeg in the 50's! Cheers!!, and keep up the good work.

What a gorgeous little dog, she looks a right character, and will bring you years of joy. I am pleased you got another dog as there's nothing worse than losing a beloved pet. All the best to you both, Nigel.

Dear Nigel, I am pleased to see that Dotty has quickly become a part of the family! I recall that our JRT used to bite the corner of the balustrade stanchions, but now only opens parcels that arrive. Like you, we have to be rather careful!! Glad to see things growing so well for you. Kindest regards, Z

I used a Badger 155 Anthem Siphon feed for many years. I would line up the different colors in the jars with a thinner in a bigger jar, all ready to go. Paint the first color, drop out the paint pop in the thinner for a quick clean out a quick spray, or 2, then pop in the next color. That worked well for me. I picked up a second 155, so that even made color change quicker.

Dottie is a gorgeous little girl. Wire haired FT's are a great favourite of mine, but I have three Sealyhams already, so we're full. Give her a cuddle from me, please. If anyone doesn't like dogs, they can soon go elsewhere.

Hi Nigel, Dottie is so cute. That's too bad that you are losing interest for the Stuka, perhaps it'll come back. I totally agree with you about Red fox studio and La Quinta, it's beautiful but it's cheating, what if they make a beautiful perfectly weathered engine, then a perfect complete cockpit... About the Porsche Pocher, to be honest I didn't like the ignition wires, they look funny on the distributor going up like that, too thick and seem translucent toy-like on video, I'm glad you changing them. Good continuation and thanks for your great videos👋🏻

That's a kit you can sink your teeth into. BTW, ordered the Gaahleri Swallowtail airbrush off their site during Black Friday using "NMB". Just checked and the 30% off discount price is still up.

Dottie probably chews the chair leg because it's cold.

Part works are cool but expensive.....put it this way....i have a parts work Millennium Falcon which has 100 weekly magazines in the series.....i got the full set which took just shy of 2 years to complete and each issues cost me €10.99 so the model cost me over €1,000.00.......and no, i still havent built it as i dont have the space.
