One thing about "chopping and changing" - it offers a wide variety of models and techniques that would be otherwise uncovered. Keep at it Nigel! Dottie is a gem, btw.

Appreciate the comment about putting something back in the box... The WNW Brisfit has been awaiting fixing (replacing) a landing gear strut, and then assembling and rigging for a year. The component parts are completed, and I love the job that I have done.

Bloody wonderful LOL, here I am working on my Italeri Wellington MK-X conversation (to the GR XIII that my Uncle flew with 621 Squadron in Somalia) and you tell me there's now a Wing Leader book on the Wellington coming out - Oh well, I'll buy it anyway. Thanks for the 'heads-up'.

Hi Nige, never feel pressured about finishing a build, if it ain’t working for you put it to one side rather than rush or make mistakes, these are expensive kits and you always strive for ultimate accuracy therefore a lot of intense brain work and skill is required. Just keep building and reviewing we appreciate it 👍

Dottie is lovely, Nigel. Since returning to the hobby in 2018, the active projects went from three the first year to more than twenty, three years later. Switching between builds and doing multiples at the same time ( five 1/32 Tamiya F-4s on the go) helps me enjoy the work more and achieve better results.

It’s easy to make it look like someone else’s email. You can hover over or click on the “From” name to reveal the sender's actual email address. Maybe that will help in the future.

Excellent video as ever thanks Nige. I am nothing less than appalled at the scamming incident, I hope your final email to him/her was you really letting rip- it's good for you to indulge yourself in that situation even if it's never read. I'm excited to hear that progress on the Airfix Dambuster is on the horizon. Finally a question- what is it that you do that enables writing on mugs to be read by the viewer? So many people have writing that is backwards and hard to read- just my curiosity! Thanks again Nige 😀
@NigelsModellingBenchКүн бұрын
They film in the mirror setting, so it looks right to them while they film, but comes out backwards. When I film, everything looks backwards to me.

i'm trying to think of something...........not easy....... because the Das Weck Leopard 2a7v will be very expensive and the Tamiya MEGA expensive.......... i'm not happy about this............ i'm getting the old Doyusha Tristar 1/100 Gulf air..... lovely kit....... and maybe a Convair 990 1/144...... yes never model make if you get fed up with the kit, that's why i stopped making the Italeri trucks 1/24........... such bad kits that i lost my temper with them, i wasted 100 quid on those two....... i have two 1/35 tanks to make...i'm not happy about spending 1K on a Tamiya Leopard i'd rather go abroad on holiday..... it's a foolish waste of money.....
