Hi Alexa and Happy New Year to you and your family! Thank you for another amazing video 😊 I love how we are all on the same page. In early 2024 after discovering you and Miss Megan, I went on a mission to use what I have, and I used up so many things, almost my entire stock of makeup, except eyeshadow. I am proud of my discipline, and I felt so powerful against the temptation of the “new” thing. While I spent the year using up my products I fell back in love with my benchmark brand, MAC, and made a very intentional, curated, and somewhat extensive list of products because I needed to restock in virtually every category, less eyeshadows. I leveraged the sales and invested in many new products to refresh my routine. I absolutely love it. I got out my early 2000’s MAC artist train case, and MAC Carry All that were in storage, and set up a little area for myself. The train case houses the products I rotate through, and the carry all has my everyday basics with products rotated in. I am so happy with it all. I’ve made the best use of my products and feel so good about the investment because it was thoughtful and in a brand I have complete faith in. In 2025 I plan to do the same as you, say goodbye to the last few products that I cannot make work despite trying and they just don’t serve me well, pan a few products that need to be used up, make intentional purchases on select new MAC launches and a few more products where there are still some gaps in my routine. Best of all I feel free of chasing the next viral thing, and creative again. At 44, I even feel excited to wear colour again, for so long I felt like the messaging was that someone my age was too old for that. Not letting that stuff limit me anymore. I love the OG KZbin vibe of your channel, your creativity, and can’t wait to see what you do in 2025. ❤☕️ 🥩 🐱💄 ✨ ❤

Thanks for sharing your new makeup section. I love your makeup desk. After battling cancer and getting back to me, I took my makeup out of storage. I organized it so, I can access it and use. It feels real good. Like you, I am keeping my makeup collection at a minimum. However, I reordered some of my MAC makeup that were too old but, that's it. I gave some of my makeup to my sister and it feels good just having what I want to use. See you soon! 💄♥️💯✌🏽

I love your lip combo. My aunt would always wear tomes like this when I was younger. Mac had a liner called “grape” back in the early 2000’s and a lipstick called “abstract “ !! It literally looks the same !! Your combos are always so stunning!!

Happy New Year 🥳🎆💕! I kind of have the same mindset as you for 2025! The only products that I’m planning to pay full price for if I can’t find them at a discount are; MAC Studio Fix Powder, Studio Radiance Serum - Powdered Foundation and the Radiance Concealer! I’m willing to pay full prices for these products in order to get the right shades! If I buy other products, they have to be discounted at least 20%, and I have to wait and really think about why I’m buying the product for at least one week! The products that has a strict NO BUY is lipsticks, brown lipliners and purple eyeliners💜! I almost forgot - no nail polish, only base/top polish. It’s going to be hard to follow these rules, but I know that I’m going to feel so much better at the end of the year! I’m so excited to see what you are going to film throughout the year! I’ve told before but I’m going to say it again - you have helped me to fall back in love with makeup, and I’m excited every time I see a notification from your channel! Btw, did you see Erin Parson re-creating looks from an old MAC video? It was so fun and a bit cringy to watch the MAC video😂! 💕

Alexa I am so excited for what is to come in 2025. I love all that you pulled in for your monthly makeup, I am sure we are in for some beautiful looks. I have the YSL candy glaze in 02 sheer pink and it feels so glossy and balmy on the lips, expensive but worth it I took a look at what’s to come in the Mac Nudes collection. Did you know they are bringing back Yash lipstick, I have it because of you, also bringing back fleshpot which I want. Happy New year and here’s to 2025.
