Porsche Works Driver Pat Long tested Jim Lowe's #64 JLowe Racing GRAND-AM spec Porsche GT3 Cup on Monticello Motor Club's 3.6 mile long course. Pat wasted no time in breaking the track record for Cup cars by turning a sizzling 2:17.2 lap.
On the out lap, he gets the tires up to temperature. But then he shows why he's the defending ALMS GT Class Champion and one of the best sports car pilots on the planet. Amazing car control!

I don't blame you for thinking it looks easy. In many ways thats attributable to how adept Patrick Long is in driving this car. The best drivers make it look effortless.

I wouldn't call you an idiot. I would invite you to sign up for a track day and try it if you think it's easy. You will quickly realize the talent it takes to do this. And you definitely will not think it's "easy"
