they(the governments of Montreal between the 2010s and now) are turning Montreal and already have made most of Montreal a generic sterile post modern city like any other one in north America and are taking Montreal's uniqueness and culture away for rich people from other provinces and countries to settle in and make it theirs since they loved it so much as a tourist attraction but when moving here they want to make it their type of place that's why you have these new ugly condos and all of the original art and culture being removed and replaced with generic concrete designs its called gentrification. I miss Montreal in the 90s and 2000s

C'est fou comment le vieux montreal et le vieux port sont un des seuls endroits à Montreal qui n'ont pas vraimemt changer ! Jespert que sa ne changera jamais c'est le seul vestige du passer qui restera dans cette ville qui ce transforme à vue d'oeil en un mini new york avec tout c'est grat de ciel qui pousse comme des champignons
