I've seen all of the games from the 1st season to this one, but this was my first live PWHL game. My wife and I were actually worried that Denver wouldn't show up for the game, but Denver did not disappoint with the attendance. People had sweaters on from ALL the teams in the league. Great support from everyone there, staff and fans alike. The future of the PWHL is very bright!

32:43 This was not a penalty. The Frost player was skating backward onto Grant-Menkis. Following 33:59 Poulin missed badly to free her zone (which is very rare). Dalton played her all PK without any energy.

We had a view of her when she went down the tunnel and it was scary seeing her drag herself on to a table and start rolling around in pain 😢

PWHL is great! They have a high level of play: ,passing, attack is really good. You rarely see an off sides or an icing. They have gotten the contact level just right, When the PWHL started last year prospective players wanted more contact compered to Uni or international hockey,. It is hockey as it should be played. I was involved in U Sports Uni hockey for 20 years, This is a huge step forward, Expansion? There are enough high quality players around between here and in Europe for two more teams at least. The question is WHERE? Who will support this very good gme! Bear in mind ALL clubs are owned at present by ONE person! In the end it is very good and entertaining hockey.

The broadcasters weren't actually in the arena for this game (they usually are) due to some travel complications. They were in a studio somewhere else, which caused the commentary delay.

Second power play, Pouilin played more aggressively. 30:27 Gardiner wait too long to shot. 30:38 Why 25 did not pass to O'Neil??

24:40 Nobody at the net! Why Pouli never charge with puck in power play. She is able to. Instead she pass it to Barnes and move back to the blue line, wasting to momentum. It sad to say, but when Poulin is on the power play, they play way way too cautious and not aggressive.

I stop here. A lot of Montreal players played way under their usual norm, like they were all tired. That's the second game of the year that happened. The first one was against NY at Place Bell.
