Just shows how Montreal is still the same as always, streets full of cracks and potholes, heck, I even recognized the ones in sherbrooke / Park ! But always a pleasure seeing this footage, still the same Montreal charm.

Hey Lucas ! Crazy to see how montreal looked 16 years ago. You'd be surprised how much the cities changed by now. One things for sure though: You'll find some nice roads, but you'll also find potholes the size of the grand canyon ! Let us know if you're ever back in this city ! There are some nice places to ride now in the suburbs

I'd quit riding if I lived in Montreal. The roads are terrible.

Fuck yeah Adam 2nd. RIP! Lucas I love the intro to these old videos. I wish you would talk about it a bit more. Who you follow etc. who won, if you feel it’s important and if something happens or thoughts you want to share about Montreal, that particular event. Sort of like you did in line of sight. Keep them coming.

You had to root for the big guy on the mtb the whole time and he kept coming back after getting dropped. My 2nd favorite thing was the clickity clack of everyone running on the stairs. Also what was the pill the woman gave when she said Pill or pepper? Kudos man this is a gem of a video.

Watching it again and again, I think 90% of the streets you show now have bike lanes. The city has changed so much.

Hey Lucas, Alleycats used to be much bigger but I think they’re on the rise again, at least in my area the veterans suggest that the influx of riders that work for food apps is growing the scene again
@raycath0de4 жыл бұрын
they’d pretty much died out here until a few years back, theres only 3 or 4 people actually doing paper jobs now because of digitisation so the vast majority of people attending are the foodies and for sure participation is trending upwards

Damn right - stoked to see alleycats are coming back, people realize how awesome it is to race them - of all the types of racing I do, alleycats are my favorite

I've been riding the streets of MTL for the last 6 or so years... annnnnd they are still as shitty, and full of cracks and pot holes.
