Are they planning to tear this building down? This should be a historical site. And not to be torn down.

Cool...didn't know that. I've walk by that building many times and have also entered it to buy noodles, fortune cookies, egg roll and won ton covers (Also known as wraps) from Mr. Arthur Lee's Wing's Noodle company.
