That’s a beautiful gesture, thank you! I know how much the act of sharing food means in your culture and doing that for our hospital workers is heart warming.

Sikh Communities every where are helping!! Amazing part of our country. I really appreciate that so much!! The Catholic church has so much money, the Pope wears half of it! Why aren't churches doing more?

What he meant is the Sikh community is same anywhere they are. They help out people wherever they are. Whether it's Canada, UK, USA or India, they have also proved to be a model for every other community. Also, the religion started in India, so we do have the largest population of them.

Sikhs are Discriminated in India. Lookup 1984 Sikh Genocide. These are Canadian born Sikhs and in no way "Indian brothers"
@jaydeepsen47693 жыл бұрын
@@garryj7845 yes, it happened. And it's a sad and tragic part of our history. But Sikhs aren't discriminated anymore. Canada also had a mass genocide of its natives. Germany had genocide of Jews. But we can't judge them for what happened in the past. Since the 1984 genocide, Sikhs have held multiple high ranking government posts like Cabinet Ministers and even a Prime Minister. Also, the politician who was the then Prime Minister responsible for the Sikh genocide was ultimately blown up by her own Sikh bodyguard and I call that karma. Sikhs and Bengalis did the most for the freedom struggle of India and yet we two are the most affected. Wherever Sikhs are.... whether its India, UK, Canada, USA or Australia, they are the most genuine and bravest people I have ever met. And please understand that times have changed and Sikhs are respected in India today. Surely, we cannot change the past but we can build a better future. Love you Paaji ❤️🙏

M -A M Amazing man. Sikhi is a modern faith. We practice "Deg Tegh Fateh" which means Deg- Food(a basic human need) Tegh- Sword, for protection of the meek, poor. Fateh means victory. Sikhs fought 13 wars with Hindus to challange caste system. After that every Sikh man and woman have Singh and Kaur as their last name, which means everyone is equal!
