Y no volveremos a tener otra Caballé, ni otra Callas, ni Tebaldi, ni Sutherland. Porque hoy se aplaude por nada, se critica por nada. Porque hoy la opera esta muerta y es una pena, porque solo se aplaude sin saber y ni siquiera se critica, porque los que van a la opera hoy, no saben ni a donde van. Montserrat Caballé, in my humble opinion, had the most beautiful of all bel canto sopranos. For feeling and phrasing perhaps we go to, Callas. But, Caballé had the smoothest of tessitura and stunning breath control. Maybe the most beautiful of all soprano voices.
