This performance on the Wish Bus was the one that blew him up. It got 32 million views the first week and another 24 million the second week it was out. There is no music video to this, which is on his first album Act One, which has 20 tracks on it. But he did a newer version of Panalo where he talks about the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao, and that version has a music video. Leading up to where you say he spazzed, he mentions that he was discriminated against in his home country because he looks white. But he then affirms that he is Filipino. And where you observe that his face changed while rapping, he was initially rapping in Tagalog, the main language there, and then switched to Ilocano (or Ilohano) another language in the Philippines. Also, the bar where he says "I've been to Spain, but the S is silent", takes on an additional meaning when you consider that the Philippines was a colony of Spain for 333 years up until 1898.
