It's both frustrating and laughable seeing how desperate Eclipse is to have someone to talk to. It's almost like he's experiencing similar episodes to Sun but at the opposite end of the spectrum. They both refuse to let go of something, but Sun ends up lying to his brother saying everything is okay when it really isn't, while Eclipse is essentially lying to himself and everyone he's spoken to has been able to see right through his bs and acknowledge how much of a monster he is. Just give up already, Eclipse! XD

Cause this is NOT how you make friends, making friends is simply talking to said person you want to talk to and have a normal conversation, while inviting them somewhere nice like a bar to have a drink, a cafe to sit and have coffee, or a simple walk in the park. That's how you make friends, not by kidnapping them against their will and riddling them with unanswered questions. So foxy is gonna stay here trapped until Eclipse lets him go, at the very least he’s not being tortured, but I wonder what’s so important that Eclipse can’t let happen. He’s been a real nuisance for Monty and Foxy than with Sun and Moon, which makes sense since it seems he gave up pestering them after Sun went off on him. I feel like it’s only a matter of time till Foxy goes off on Eclipse next, he’s definitely getting annoyed with his antics, eventually there’s gonna be more people in the shows telling him to shove it and find someone else to pester if he’s so lonely. That’s probably one possible timeline, where Eclipse is just alone and no one cares anymore about what he tries to do cause they know he’s mostly all talk. That aside though.. Hope Foxy will get out of there soon, Monty will definitely be worried when he finds out he’s not at the plex.

Honestly this entire episode reminded me of eclipses relationship with Lunar! What I mean by that is eclipse constantly was abusing and threatening lunar in an attempt to control him and then would also continually remind lunar of how much better of a brother he was then sun and moon by saying stuff like. “Unlike moon I don’t hurt my brother.” And in this interaction with eclipse and foxy. Eclipse was doing the exact same thing! He mentioned how unlike Monty he didn’t lie to foxy. And kept going between threatening to hurt foxy and promising him some form of safety in an attempt to control him. And just like with lunar he kind of constantly had this undertone of something akin to care or concern. It almost seems as if eclipse sees foxy as a kind of new version of Lunar. It would make sense why he’s trying more desperately to befriend Foxy then he’s ever tried with any of the other characters. Just my thoughts I could also be completely off.

There are a lot of parrelels between Lunar and Foxy - though they both are still very different from each other. Eclipse can't have his brother back - he doesn't know how to apologize and change yet, nor is he in a mindset to not be defensive about things that happened in the past. I have a feeling Foxy might be able to push him in the right direction, possibly - since Foxy has a very interesting mindset when it comes to the good and bad, and also just, how he approached Monty about things could very well work for Eclipse. As Eclipse and Monty both have a lot of parrelels to each other as well, and similar issues (though not exactly the same), and Eclipse has become very desperate for companionship that I very well could see Foxy having the upper hand. I also think as we see the other brothers change (Especially Moon and Sun) that Eclipse, since he has a habit of spying, might be able to learn from that too. He's learned a lot from those two - mainly a lot of bad coping mechanisms and thought processes - but he could learn to change and get better too, possibly. Atleast I hope so. For the sake of the entire family, himself included.
