The 'just tones' version of my mood booster isochronic tones series. Listen to the tones on their own or combine with music.
► Get the MP3 version: www.mindamend....
This isochronic tones track is designed to help reduce emotional and irrational activity which may be dominant in your right brain. At the same time, it increases higher frequency brainwave activity in your logical left brain.
► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: www.youtube.com...
What does this track do?
This isochronic tones session helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance that is common in depressed individuals. Persistently depressed people tend to have an overactive right (emotional) hemisphere. This tones session works by reducing the dominant activity in the right brain hemisphere while increasing activity in the left. This aim is to try and give more control to the left (logical) brain and reduce irrational and overly emotional thought patterns.
Headphones are essential for this track to work properly.
This track sends a different speed of isochronic beat into each ear so that you can target each side of the brain differently. You need headphones to be able to isolate each ear and do that.
The left ear (which influences the opposite right brain) starts at 14Hz and ramps down to 10Hz.
The right ear (which influences the opposite left brain) starts at 10Hz and ramps up to 20Hz.
In the last 10 minutes of the track the right ear ramps down to 10Hz to balance both sides.
How does it work?
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with a rain and singing bowls soundtrack. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the soundtrack throughout the track. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, there is some information about that and how it works here: goo.gl/QwLgHs.
How should you listen to this?
Ideally, listen to this in a calm and quiet environment and in a comfortable upright position.
If you are wearing headphones attached to a portable device, it's ok if you want to listen to this as you move around the house, do chores etc.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

I’ve listened on the KZbin app and it sounds as expected to me. I did produce this one at a high volume for mobile users with weak speakers. So max volume on this, may be too much for some speakers with more bass. That’s the only thing I can think of. Can you try it at a slightly lower volume.

At 41.43 minutes I just noticed the interesting little " clicks" started. I never noticed them before, I've listened to this several times already and I was surprised that I never noticed until TODAY.! 😮 and they do continue until track is over. At first I thought they were you know, little track scratches or some thing BUT they ARE intentional because they move around in your brain. From left to right to middle and back , repeat. Some are lower than others but never annoying. They ARE intentional, aren't they?? Not complaining I actually love them now that I've noticed them. ❤I just found this very interesting that I hadn't noticed 😮 until today.!!!

Thanks again for your appreciation of what I do. The ADHD track works in a similar way to this one, by stimulating the left brain with a higher frequency. It's just a fair bit more intense with a higher frequency. The main stimulation on this mood booster track is 10Hz for the right brain and 20Hz for the left. The ADHD intense relief track is 14Hz right brain and 40Hz for the left.

@@TheWolfox911 I'm not an expert here but I'd say it's worth trying out for yourself if this one works for you. I use the ADHD Just Tones when I have a project or something I need to execute on and I don't want to get distracted. This one I actually use more for creative planning since the left brain stimulation isn't as high so I'm still sort of in my normal divergent thinking space that I rely on to create art. Definitely experiment and find what works for you. This is the most consistent, reliable, and straightforward channel I have found for isochronic tones; no promises of 'clearing my chakras' or 'making me rich' - just good old fashioned brain tinkering. I hope you find what you need to lift your spirits friend.

When I'm playing Jason's Just Tones tracks (which is a lot), I have it open in one tab, music or ambient sounds on in a second tab, and some kind of brown noise in a third tab. So for example, right now I have playing: - Mood Booster (this video) - a documentary about The Nabataeans and the final days of Petra - Star Trek TNG Ambient Engine noise on a 24 hour loop (laugh but it's a damn good deep resonant hum) If I was working I'd have a combo more like - ADHD Just Tones - low-key but upbeat music, probably Nujabes - Deep brown noise (or Star Trek again) This kind of layering lets me build a sonic environment that's tailored to what I need in that moment. I make sure I can hear the tones, but once I've done that they no longer rise to the level of conscious attention and for me that's ideal. Some of his other Just Tones tracks like the theta waves could definitely be an attentive part of a meditation session for the right person. So you can use them mindfully or have them just doing their thing while you do yours. It really depends on what you want from it. Hope this is helpful to you!

So is this kind of tone just 'hidden' or layered under the music in your other more musical tracks?
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 жыл бұрын
That's right. I layer these types of isochronic tones into every one of my music tracks. I also add amplitude entrainment effects into the music, which gives it a subtle vibration that syncs to the same frequency and rhythm of the tones.

Hi. I have read your comment sections and how humble and kind you are in every reply.... even in the descriptions below each video. Can I ask how to know when someone posts these types and we have no way of knowing what the music/tobes/etc is truly playing. I only ask this because about 5 years ago (add +/-2 for the few that has slipped through the cracks during vovid lol) a really popular channel/person was discovered to be using anything just to create an income.... How would you tell the average person to "check"? You are the first I have listened to since then. Thank you for your up-front attention to information and resources.
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 жыл бұрын
This is a valid question and a difficult one to answer. I don't know which channel/person you were referring to from that time ago but I have seen quite a few that I thought were pushing things a bit too far. I think there's a mixture of people who don't really care what they put out and just say it does anything. Plus there are some people who are very well meaning but don't necessarily have a depth of knowledge on the subject. So it can be difficult to weed out the bad ones to find the good. One thing to look out for. I see lots of videos that claim to be using binaural beats but the creator doesn't tell you that you need to use headphones. You shouldn't been able to hear the beats properly without headphones, as the beats are formed inside the brain, from a different continuous tone in each ear. The term binaural beats gets searched for about 10 times that of isochronic tones because it's the older technology and more well known. I see many creators using isochronic tones, which work better and don't need headphones but they label them as binaural beats to get more traffic. This practise has caused a lot of misinformation and confusion in the community. Really, people should have stopped creating and using binaural beats 15 years ago and switched over to isochronic tones. The demand for them has been kept artificially high by marketers putting profit before what works better for the user. I would ask the creator a few questions about a video or track you like the look of. If they can't or won't elaborate on anything, explain what frequencies or frequency range they've used and why they've used them, it could mean they are not being straight with you. Unfortunately, when I've looked at other similar videos, I rarely see specific info in the description about how that track is constructed. It could be that the creator knows what they are doing on the audio side but maybe they struggle with or don't like writing. Perhaps English isn't their first language. It could be that they just prefer to focus on the audio and don't give much time to the description or replying to comments. It's more work for me but I think it helps the listener and my channel grow, if I spend some time interacting with people and sharing what I know.

@MindAmend. Jason, how long does it take to ramp up? I put it on repeat and would like to loop only the "upramped" part
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Жыл бұрын
It's not really an ideal track to loop and use in that way. The track begins at different frequencies in each ear because it's common to experience higher frequencies in the more emotional right brain. It's often faster to become entrained to frequencies when they are closer to your current state. So that's why the left ear (for the right brain) starts at a higher frequency. The left ear ramps down from 14Hz to 10Hz at 5 minutes. The right ear ramps up from 10Hz to 17Hz at 5 minutes, then it continues to ramp up more slowly to 20Hz at 20 minutes. It then ramps down to 10Hz between 47 to 50 minutes. The only part that's the same and potentially loopable is between 20-47 minutes.

@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 жыл бұрын
No I wouldn’t recommend that. This is intended to be listened to while you’re awake. It’s best to listen to much lower frequencies in the delta and theta range while asleep, as that’s what your brain normally produces while asleep. If you listen to higher frequencies like this while sleeping it could disrupt your sleep and you won’t get much benefit from it.
