How can i call my form page using button in block.

Your form page is usually a static URL, like moodle.com/path/to/plugin/formpage.php . So you can link to that directly in a block in a button or something else.

i have a problem after adding the block it shows in the dashboard but after clicking stop customizing page i will disappear. Then when i click the customize page, it shows again in when i put it.

You might be on the latest version, there have been some changes to the layout!

I'm not sure if my comment processed on here. As I am unable to see it. My new block plugin registered on Moodle but it calls itself plugin within double square brackets rather than test block. Any ideas on why this is?

Hi Adam , it’s because moodle can’t find the lang string. Try purging caches, otherwise check you’ve got the names all spelled correctly. If it’s still having issues then copy in my code and see what the difference is

That sounds quite complicated to do, normally one block should do one thing. I would just put the blocks next to eachother

@@swish1234567890 Yes you're right, I tried. But can we achieve this by using bootstrap or using calendar and timeline as drop-down in new block? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

@@kishorechandra4924 you could do this in a theme. You could use docked blocks in the classic theme. I wouldn't create a new block just to display 2 other blocks
