Looking for a heap of cool sounds on a budget? Even if you're not on a budget the GE100 will appeal. There's a LOT going on inside this little fella. This was a good review from a pro. But here's my beginner type Review of the MOOER 100 Multi effects guitar pedal. I've had it for nearly a year. Not that good, its always been a bit awkward for me to use as a beginner. At first I liked it for the price (AUD $120ish) BUT I should have spent more. This looper function doesn't let you delete the lust dub, so as a beginner busker I don't have confidence layering 2-3 loops without having to redo the first layer and completely restart. It also makes it hard for me to get beginner user satisfaction, as the challenge of layering 3 perfect guitar tracks in one go is a bigger first step - And I'm wanting to layer 5 and 6 one day. A looper needs a delete last track function. The other negative was that within the first week the power plug casing cracked at the seam and needs gluing back to conceal the wires to the power pins and DC circuitry. The effects are bloody good to use and probably worth the money no problem but not a good looper.

I had one of these and I was updating the firmware and had a power cut and then could not restore to factory settings. I emailed mooer and asked them is it possible to reflash the firmware as it was only a 12 months old, they said if I send it back to the factory it may be possible, but the shipping costs would have been more than buying a new one, I asked if they could just send a new board and they said no not possible, they were not helpful at all. I now have Zoom G1Xon and it works very well. I will never buy another Mooer pruduct again.

@@Evanghellina hey man, dk how much help this will be but mine literally came a couple hours ago and ive been playing around with it. im a beginner and judging by the reviews and vids i watched on it as well as actually having a lil browse of a lot of the preset effects + messing about with the looper ability ,so far i think its perfect for a very first pedal. I was originally gonna get a looper and reverb pedal on their own but i dont have an endless wallet so i chose this one, also it will give me an idea of what all the different effects sound like and do, so if many years down the line when im (hopefully) better and decide this pedal isnt good enough for some reason, i can make a more informed purchase of what effect pedal to get. I hear these type of multi pedals are jacks of all trade, master of none. except the looper on it, unlimited dubbing.

Nobody talks about the delay! Hello friends, how are you? This pedalboard has an incredible sound, that's not disputed. Her drivers are really f*cking. I've seen several videos talking very well about it but what makes me sad is that no one talks about the delay, almost 2 seconds, between changing from one presset (bank) to the other. I had one of these and only sold it for that reason. It's horrible to have to leave a clean and go to a presset driver to do that massive solo and have to wait, up to 2 seconds, for the pedalboard to release the sound of the drive, even after you've already stepped on the bench, of course!

Hello. I have a tech issue and hope to get some help. My Mooer GE100 multi effects unit has developed a fault that I cannot troubleshoot nor overcome. When I plug it in to the power supply, the screen comes on as normal for a few seconds. But, then the screen shows a flashing message: 'Please reset GE100'. At this same time the tap tempo button flashes continuously. None of the buttons or controls work and I cannot get the pedal to do anything. Can anyone help please?

When I first started taking guitar seriously later in life around 2018 I bought this pedal AND a Vox modeler amp. little 8 Inch. 20x I think! I loved it. But the pedal didn't go well with the amp and I was too newb to understand. Gifted it new to my son. Which I need to see if he still has it for a major revisit. why? Great playing. But didn't you have any noise issues with the GE 100? I use the unit myself and there is constant noise, even when I use batteries and a humbucker guitar for clean sounds.
