do NOT buy any mooer audio product before realize they simply abadon development, update and support. the last GE300 firmware is dated 2019.. and it's still selled. try to write them: no way.

I have the GE200. Sufficient for my needs. Unfortunately due to poor updates, lack of new presets, etc, GE200 will be my last MOOER product. Gonna switch to other brands with post purchase support.

same with my GE300, last product from Mooer. It's good an all but, you can't pump and dump products like this when you could just upgrade your current products and not lose customers

Mooer is not able to provide an Apple mac silicon driver in 3 years .(GE 300 / GE 250) . No update since 2019, multiple bugs. Unacceptable R&D support company

Also no update for GE300 since... I can't even remember, more than a year for sure... They put all their effort in this? in just a GE250 with litium battery? FFS... It's sad to know that even Line6 keeps updating a 2015 unit (yeah I'm talking about the Helix)

Got my Moore G250. Best investment ever. It does a lot for a small size and a comfy price-tag.

The 250 is actually better than this new unit. The GE1000 is lacking in alot of areas.

Овер дохрена ритмухи и ударных, соло утонуло в миксе наглухо. А в другом месте бочка захлебнулась ни щелчка ни х#я не слышно.. Что бы хорошо продавался продукт, запись дэмо надо было доверить профессионалам. The rhythm of the guitar and drums is too fucking overdone, the solo is completely drowned in the mix. In another place, the bass drum choked - you can’t hear a click... For a product to sell well, demo recording must be trusted to professionals.

NEVER AGAIN. I put faith into GE200 then tried again with GE300 with SO much POTENTIAL. But Wasted processing power with no more updates and not listening to what customers want. This will be the same again BUGS and all, good luck. Trust has been exhausted. All hope is gone. So our units just sit in a corner gathering dust. Resale is a joke.. who would want to buy? Only a child or beginner would buy for $100 or $200 used. Don't waste your hard earned on New. Save a little more and buy something worthy for your hard work. (Maybe a Kemper for $100 to $200 more?)
