Hi, I just purchased a used ge300 and am noticing that the display screen is glitching. I just completed the 3.1 update and it's still the same. I'm wondering if their is a way to factory reset the unit manually with connecting to a computer. Thank you.

I’m not sure. I stopped using the G300 over a year ago, it just wasn’t up to the level of usability for live music as I had hoped. I suggest getting a Line 6 POD GO, or if you can afford it a Fractal FM3. I’m loving the sounds I’m getting from this unit, and will be posting new videos using it soon!
