Pease add more modulation effects and change the scale of things like the pitch shifter from 0-100 to cents or half notes, I hope to be able to get a bass simulation sound out of a pitch shifter, octivizer and synth so I can have all of the tones I (WE) need. Keep the updates coming! A lot of people online look at the user manual and hope to see what effects are available aside from OD and Cab sims, please add the other effects and their parameters to the user manual so we know it its able to do, it will help your sales if people know it has so much to offer.

My first mooer product, and actually i like it - if just the hardware quality wouldn't be that horrible.... I just sent my second P2 back to the seller and waiting for my third one. The first one I used two days, then the display stopped working. The second one I used about one week, until the display said goodbye.... Unfortunately I don't think this product is build to last. I already read about the bad hardware quality of the Prime P1, and I thought they might have improved it for the P2. This will be my first and last mooer product.

The third device is on the way back to the seller. Had to do hard reset every day because the display stopped working every day. Cheap china toy. Don't buy this crap...

This is a great update. The amp models in cloud are excellent! It takes a lot of time to try them all. But, a very good job has been done. Just a little fear because the app for android was released before the firmware 😮. However, i am really satisfied! Some little tips for next upgrades...it would be nice to improve the reverbs and modulations (i.e. a 80's chorus). But i repeat...the ratio quality/price of mooer prime p2, is supreme! For the other users...is there a forum about prime p2?

Only complaint that I have with my Prime P2 is the streaky lines that appear on the LCD screen when the unit is powered on. I’ve never dropped the unit or connected it to an external power supply other than to charge it.

What more would you want them to add? It’s a $100 or so device, that does a lot and sound pretty good. I mainly hate how tedious it is to switch between bass and guitar modes, which is why I’m considering a p2 now that it has bass. But the p1 is fine for what it is as it is now.

​​@@svenmifysome extras would be great, like the stompmode present on the S1, and I'd definitely love to get the new ChopTones cab IR's, as it seems that they'll not give us custom IR capabilities since it will probably make seem the P2 less desirable; but my main concern is the LD mode malfunction with the external footswitch. It seems to be the case that it was present on the P2 as well, and they fixed it, so I don't know why they won't do it on a product that was released the year prior to this one which shares a lot of capabilities and even the same app.

@@mtus647 I personally don’t use it with a footswitch, I only use it for recording (mostly bass, a little bit of guitar). So wasn’t aware of any issues related to that. If there’s glaring bugs, then yeah, absolutely, they should take care of that.

Can anyone please explain how to actually do this update? My Mooer Studio program is only showing V1.5.7 as the latest..... (some time later) Ok...sussed in now. Its the Mooer Studio Software that contains the update. Mooer....why didnt you tell me this? I would imagine everytime there is a firmware update, there is also a Studio update....so I need the laptop to perform the update. Well, I was on holiday (with my guitar) when this update occurred. I was locked out of my Prime P2 until I got back home as I didnt have a laptop with me. The Mooer app on my phone automatically updated and locked me out with a message 'please update firmware with Mooer Studio.' This whole software thing is crazy. What if I was on my way to a gig and this thing updated? I wonder now if there are different version of Studio depending on what device you have? Will soon find out as I ordered Groove Looper x2.

That's what happened to me. I was otw to a gig, and was shut down. To add to that, I've since tried to updated it on 3 different PCs, and all of em say 'device disconnected' so I can't even update.

MOOER please do ONLY these upgrades to ge300: - in BANK SELECTION DISPLAY, it would be nice to show on bottom line the patch names as it occurs in the top line with ctrl assigned footswitches. And it would be veeery nice if the colors of each ctrl/fx/patch on display follows the footswitch assigned - the looper should be fixed - the ge300 reverbs still sounds too digital... Mooer could create a wonderful sound reverb as the CLOUD reverb of Ampero Stage (sounds natural, deep, crystal) - an expression controled or touch sensitive talking wah (instead an auto one with no soul) - a momentary freeze effect with infinite sustain like other brands There are lots of other improvements, but I think these five are enought to us, so then we will be in peace with Mooer. Please make it real for us, for the last time... 🫶🏻
