I ask myself daily, "what is my one job?" .... and the answer is TO OBSERVE!!!! If you simply observe everything, you're safe. Mooji and Eckhart are amazing teachers and Im blessed every time I hear them! So gracias to you infinite love!

Iit is mentioned in every post, time is irelevant for what he explains is timeless. Everything that I learned comes from Moojis and J.Krishnamurtys inquirys. And now ask yourself why do you feel it is important to say every second I learned this from Krishnamurti and than this from Mooji? Truth is truth. Did it J.Krishnamurty said I am only but a mirror and you can't learn anything from me , you can only learn from yourself. Infinite Love.

@@InfiniteLoveMeditationClub self awerness is the only thing that helps when i have periods of rage. i analyse it and then it softens or even melts away. it's how J.Krishnamurti describes mediation. i call it mindfulness. it certainly helps.

I pray I can still observe when phoning my nurse tomorrow about the cancer I have , I feel sometimes attacked and not treated well and misunderstood. Who is helping who, even in this situation. This explanation hopefully helps a bit. Thank you!🙏🙏

Wishing you good health and that you win against this nasty disease. Don't give up. ❤️ It will be very helpful for you to find out, while you live what does it mean to die?. So what is death? It is end? What does it mean to end something? It means never to do something again. What happens when you end something? There is new beginning. So to end something is to begin something new and totally different. So can you while you are living end something without any reason and observe what will happen. Also can you end every past moment so that you live fresh for the new. This way you are out of time and death can't touch you. If you end attachment you end death. Than there is only love. Observe. Try this for yourself hope it serves you. Infinite Love.

Surprising to me is that I also discovered a subtle but powerful sense of accomplishment in reaching this ability to rest in awareness. This sense of accomplishment is not of ego at all. For me it is a sense of having done the work and being validated as having done the work by the manifestation of resting in awareness. It's a very powerful validation. This also adds to a positive feedback loop which helps me return to awareness again and again. It's like if you can chip away until you break through what you find there starts to help you by drawing you toward it. Not as I expected it would be.

I just recalled something another teacher once said, "Humans are addicted to emotion." I would say the human mind/body is addicted and 'withdrawal' can cause enormous suffering for some.

Great teaching, as usual. Sometimes when observing negative thoughts, I practice touching my chest, over my heart, and meet those thoughts with self-compassion. ... I remind myself that all that mental and physical upset is just the human organism/ego trying to survive, and maybe all that mental clamor is also awareness (Universal Spirit) trying to awaken to itself more deeply.

the question asked and the reply mooji gave is very constructive. it helped me too, to be aware, observe and not get attached to it. those simple practices would be very useful to my daily thoughts too and I will use them in meditation. thank you guruji mooji. you are great

I sometimes feel assailed by all of the so-called “gurus” who promise to “improve” me/my life/my work. Here I learned friends m you to refrain from my defensiveness toward them and simply observe why they annoy me. After all, if I was wearing something I liked that was blue and a person came up to me and said “I don’t like blue. It’s a bad color” I would just laugh it off and maybe think “that’s his (or her) opinion but I love this color and in fact their words only made me like the color blue even more. And I would go on my way happily wearing blue and never think of it again. So why do the “suggestions” of others who think I can “improve” my life in other ways bother me? I will observe those irritable thoughts and emotions and put them in their rightful place instead of fearfully rejecting and reading Ning away from them out of hand. Not that I must engage with them; Just understand why they push my buttons.

Also be aware of I that wants to put everything in place, it same as your other thoughts. Thought has put together I am and this is ego too. So stay as awareness and be aware of it. Than you will develop the skill of observation and you will do what is needed, not what you want or don't want, but what is actually needed. Infinite Love

Calling an emotion 'bad' is a human judgement. Maybe at some level it is not 'bad' at all but a development

@Infinite Love Meditation Club Thank you for sharing this video 🙏🏼 So the first inquiry is to observe whatever arises with détachement, without logging into it, and the more we practice, the more we are able to hold space for strong emotions, negatives thoughts without taking them personally .. The second inquiry is to look for the observer, and my question here where does this inquiry lead to? From my experience, there is no observer apart from consciousness itself .. what is your take away from this inquiry and why is it so important to practice? Thank you, namaste 💞🙏🏼

To the second: Observer is the observed. When you give attention you can see that you are everything colleted, so the one who is trying to observe is actually that what was collected by observing. When you see that, can you also see the seeing it self ? Than there is only awareness, emptiness and everything, no beginning no end. Infinite Love

My biggest difficulty is dealing with the pain of powerful emotions that occasionally come up...the bad ones. It takes extreme effort not to 'act out' what they attempt to compel me to do. I don't know how to 'hold them' in a way that doesn't cause me so much physical/psychic pain.

It is hard, I know because we all have it, try to when the pain arrives not to explain it, not try to escape by doing something, not fighting that feeling. Instead try observe all of you thoughts silently, than focus on the feeling it self. Do not think, give all of your attention to it. Stay with feeling and observe it completely without giving explanation. It will be very hard becouse it hearts so much the body but you still keep observing. As you stay one with pain and observation the pain will complete melt away. Try it. Develop skill of observation and see for yourself. Infinite Love.

Yes, it is hard, but at the end you need that lonlinees to find yourself, you are that lonlinees, use same observation on it. Whach what happens. You do not need anyone's help to do this, comforting Is nice but it only helps you to escape. But when you stay completely with it. You are strong, indipednent, allive, joyful. Wish you infinite Love.

The problem is even when I realize the truth and decide not to Follow I Feel awful feel emotional pain. Just saying that realizing the truth will not get rid of the pain.. need to practice it everyday for months

Ok so it is a decision to observe. And who make this décisio? Is it not ego? And what about énergies we just observe and dont Care not follow? And if we feel hunger for exemple we can observe also so when to follow or not?

The thing is when you observe you are becoming free from your judgment, from memory that you have collected. You are now presence and you become intelligence free to do what is needed when is needed. Not just what you like and won't. Try it for yourself and see. Infinite Love
