What if someone has moon in Ashlesha nakshatra in D1 and in Moola in D9?

once you use Nakshatra, dont need divisonal chart, if you use divisional chart dont need Nakshatra, becuase if you had learned kundali Nirman, you would known that D9 is nothing but the padas of Nakshatra only.

There is no good and bad in nakshatras , those are the stuff of shallow astrologers. Gandmool is only a quarter portion of Ashlesha and Mula
